Rāi Noe Frags is a small, Black-owned family business run by a husband and wife from Chicago, who are known for their impeccable taste in fragrance. It dawned on the duo that smelling luxurious often carries a hefty price tag. That realization inspired them to create a more accessible way to experience fine scents—and that's what sparked the inception of Rāi Noe Frags.
