Are your fragrances real?

Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% authentic and are only sourced from reputable and authorized retailers and/or distributors. We promise to never dilute the perfume that you purchase or sale knock-offs or dupes.

What type of fragrances do you offer?

Rāi Noe Frags offers a carefully curated selection of both designer and niche fragrances from luxury brands.

Will I receive my fragrance in the original packaging?​

No, you will not receive your fragrance(s) in the original packaging. Your fragrance(s) will arrive in a high-quality decant.

What is a decant?

A decant is considered a "mini" or "travel size" perfume bottle that is hand-filled with perfume.

Why should I purchase decants?

Purchasing decants is a great option for fragrance-lovers to discover new perfumes without committing to a full bottle, or the price of a full bottle. Decants are also ideal for travel because of their convenient and portable size, making it easy to take your favorite luxury scents wherever you go.

What size decant should I purchase?

We offer decants in two sizes, 5 ml and 10 ml. On average, you can expect:

  • About 65–75 sprays from a 5 ml decant

  • About 130–150 sprays from a 10 ml decant

Can I request a fragrance that is not on the website?

Yes, we love to hear from our customers. Simply click here or click Request in the navigation menu to submit your suggestion. Please note that there is no guarantee that a fragrance will become available upon submitting your request.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How much is shipping?

All orders ship for a flat rate of $6.00. Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $75.00.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Fragrances are classified as hazardous materials and must be shipped via ground services. As a result, we’re unable to offer overnight or expedited shipping. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safe and compliant shipping of all orders.

Where do you ship?

​We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. We also do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to USPS regulations on fragrance products.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

My package is lost and/or delayed. What do I do?

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please click here to contact us. While we are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged orders, we will do our best to work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please note that once our shipping partner is in possession of your order, we are no longer responsible for the contents.

Can I return or exchange my fragrance if I don't like it?

No, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to quality and hygienic purposes. However, please contact us if there is an issue with your order.
