We offer perfume decants, which are rebottled portions of authentic fragrances. All products are hand-decanted under sterile conditions from genuine bottles.

 

Each product contains a rebottled portion of an authentic fragrance originally produced by its respective brand and/or fragrance house. We are not affiliated, associated, and/or endorsed with the original brand owners or designers. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Brand names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time and are not liable for any changes, price adjustments, or service interruptions.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose  

• To solicit others to engage in unlawful acts  

• To violate any local, state, or international laws or regulations  

• To infringe on our or others' intellectual property rights  

• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or intimidate

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders may be limited or canceled for reasons including fraud, stock availability, pricing errors, or violation of our Terms.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases. It is your responsibility to promptly update this information to ensure proper processing and delivery.

8. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payments must be made using accepted methods. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store credit card details.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses due to USPS regulations on fragrance products. Fragrances are classified as hazardous materials and must be shipped via ground services. As a result, we’re unable to offer overnight or expedited shipping.

 

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs clearance, or incorrect information provided at checkout. Once our shipping partner is in possession of an order, we are no longer responsible for the contents and are not liable for lost, delayed and/or damaged orders.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of receipt with your order number and supporting photos.

11. Risks & Disclaimers

Fragrance notes may evolve slightly over time or due to exposure. We are not responsible for allergies, allergic and/or skin reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with scent. Use at your own discretion and test responsibly.

12. Third-Party Links

This website and/or communications regarding your order may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their terms before engaging.

13. Intellectual Property

Rāi Noe Frags branding is the property of Rāi Noe Frags and may not be used without express written permission.

 

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Brand names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchase in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rāi Noe Frags, its affiliates, partners, and/or employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
