STATEMENT

​WEB ACCESSIBILITY
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same, or a similar level, of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Rāi Noe Frags is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to browse, shop, and enjoy our collection of authentic designer fragrance decants with ease and confidence.

ACCESSIBILITY ADJUSTMENTS
We have adapted this site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site 

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Readable fonts and implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible (where applicable)

  • Responsive design for mobile and desktop use

CONFORMANCE STATUS

The WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Rāi Noe Frags is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

LIMITATIONS & ALTERNATIVES

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Rāi Noe Frags , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions:

1. Forms (Sign Up to Subscribe to Emails, Contact Us, Frag Request): Some form fields may not be fully accessible to individuals using assistive technologies. To improve usability, we’ve simplified form labels and titles. If you encounter any difficulty submitting a form, please feel free to email us directly at rainoefrags@gmail.com with your message or request.

 

While our forms are designed to offer a convenient way to get in touch, we welcome and respond to all inquiries—whether sent through the website or by email—within 1-2 business days.

2. Third-Party Content: The accessibility of certain pages and/or links on the site depend on contents that do not belong to us, and instead belong to Instagram. The following links are affected by this on the FAQ page and in the footer of the website: Follow Us On Instagram. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages.
