SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. We also do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to USPS regulations on fragrance products.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
All orders ship for a flat rate of $6.00. Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $75.00.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor the status of your shipment through the tracking link provided.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Fragrances may also be subject to air transport regulations and customs restrictions.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please click here to contact us. Please note that once our shipping partner is in possession of your order, we are no longer responsible for the contents. While we are not liable for lost, delayed and/or damaged orders, we will do our best to work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.
